Overview

Menel Gem is one of the easiest gems on Legacy. Any kit that has projectiles will help you obtain it quickly and efficiently. This gem is better done with more players than less.

Entry

Into the Menel Caverns

Starting in the FFA arena, head northwest to an opening in the cliff. The opening is slightly hard to find, so its pictured below.

Going Deeper

Upon enterance and to your right there is a hole. YOU WILL DIE IF YOU FALL IN. Walk across the chain, and then you can press a putton that gives you slowfalling, letting you safely fall into the hole and drift to the bottom.

Now walk through the cave until you come to this area.

Floating Parkour Part 1

Now you must step on pressure plates, giving you levitation. You have to navigate from ledge to ledge.

In a part you should get hit by shulkers to lift you higher.

Floating Parkour Part 2

Click the button. Now you have the Menel Gem. Holding it gives you levitation, having it gives you slow falling.

Now you must float across the gap and into another chamber (using the gem). Now you must do another parkour (if you can even call it that), where you float through a lava filled cave.

Do NOT get hit by shulkers.

Here is how to so said "parkour".

Boss

Once you get to the boss room, you will see the Menel Heart. If you click a button on the Heart (any button), the boss will be summoned. To do the boss easily, you must float down to a specific hiding spot and wait for approximately one minute. That's it. Once you check and make sure the boss is defeated, you can proceed.

Once you kill the boss, the exit door should open, allowing you to exit the area. Click the button in the exit room to get the gem and finish the challenge.
